We welcome you on arrival

The online check-in is done from your phone before you travel: the details of everyone staying and a photo of your ID. On arrival we welcome you in person, check the documents as Italian law requires and hand you the door code. From that moment you come and go as you please, with no keys and no curfew.

How do I get into the apartment?

The online check-in is done before you travel, from your phone: the details of everyone staying and a photo of your ID. On arrival we welcome you in person, check the documents and hand you the door code, valid from 15:00 for your whole stay. From then on you come and go as you please, with no keys.

Who welcomes us on arrival?

We do. Italian law requires the identity check to happen in person at the moment of entry: we check the documents, hand you the door code and show you how the flat works. Let us know what time you expect to arrive so we can be there; if your plans change, message us on WhatsApp.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Because entry is by code, there is no cut-off time for late arrivals.

Where can I park?

At Garage San Pio, via Calefati 304, 280 metres away: open 24 hours, 25 euros per day. Via Calefati is in the city centre, so street parking is paid and hard to find.

How many people can stay?

Up to four: a double bed and a double sofa bed in the same open-plan sleeping area. For two people there is plenty of room to spare.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

What is the minimum stay?

Two nights.

Can I cook?

Yes. The kitchen has a hob, a microwave, a sink and a full set of crockery, plates and glassware. For breakfast there is a coffee machine, a kettle and a milk frother.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, the utility vestibule has a washer-dryer with detergent provided. Handy if you are staying several days.

Are linen and towels included?

Yes, along with a toiletry set in the bathroom. Beach towels are available on request as an extra service.
